September 26th:
Hello Jungle Book families! We are getting very close to production for our show and we’re so excited! Here is some info to help get your students prepared for these last few weeks:
This Monday we will be OFF BOOK, meaning everyone will be expected to have their lines memorized! We will have a teacher on script so if they get stuck they can call for a line! Please still bring scripts to rehearsal.
Everyone needs to practicing at home often! Music needs to be practiced without the voice tracks so we’re ready to perform.
Please wear clothes to rehearsal that costumes can be tried on over, such as leggings, athletic shorts, and non spaghetti strap tank tops.

September 20th:
Hi Jungle Book Parents! A few quick things to note as we prepare for our final month of rehearsals:
Please make sure your child is arriving on time or early whenever possible. We understand that life happens and sometimes there’s no way around being late, but we value every minute we get to work with your students. When we only get 2 and 1/2 hours each week with them, every second is important to us.
We are at the stage of rehearsals where practicing is absolutely vital! Since we only see each other once a week, practicing is extremely important. Please make sure they have time to watch and work with the rehearsal videos we make, as well as singing with the tracks. It will be impossible for them to come home fully memorized each week, so having access to those videos is the key to practicing!
Any students with lines need to be actively working towards being off book in a few rehearsals. Getting started on memorization early can save your child a lot of stress down the road, and we want theater to be a fun experience, not a stressful one!
The video for the beginning of Wanna Be Like You is up! Please have any students who are monkeys get very familiar with the choreo!
September 12th:
Hi parents, we had a great rehearsal on Monday! Here is some info to help get your students ready for the next week!
Please make sure your students are practicing at home! This includes: 1- Going over any lines they may have (depending on the age of your student, they may need your assistance), 2- Practicing their music with the tracks available on our show page (they should be moving to performance tracks for songs we covered in earlier weeks), and 3-Practicing their choreography using the link on the show page! (The link will take you to a secure and private Youtube playlist)
